Synopsis
Love, religion, death, sex … These are some of the vital anguishes and thoughts that worried the director of ‘Manhattan’ and that continue to interest Woody today. A bright and neurotic creator; now and then. A genius who, in reality, can only have a single interlocutor at his level: himself.
The animated short film Woody & Woody is a modest tribute to this great New York filmmaker, with frantic dialogues impregnated with irony and ingenuity and with drawings of vibrant strokes that seem to move to the rhythm of jazz.
